Worth the read if you have a spare moment. So, there’s a man crawling through the desert. He’d decided to try his SUV in a little bit of cross-country travel, had great fun zooming over the badlands and through the sand, got lost, hit a big rock, and then he couldn’t get it started again.…

What is your favorite hobby or pastime?
Pinball.
There’s something about it. It has aspects of a videogame but brought to life with intricate mechanisms and lights.
It may seem fully random at first, but you get to a point where you can aim and pick where you’re going to shoot the ball.
Of course, you can’t eliminate gravity and weird bounces so you’ll always end up draining your ball at some point.
I run the weekly tournaments here in Traverse City at both of our pinball locations. I post all the results and announcements on tcpinball.org.
Check pinball map to find some machines near you!
Your life without a computer: what does it look like?

What’s your favorite word?
Dingus

If you had to give up one word that you use regularly, what would it be?

Corporate lingo has invaded some of the ways I talk and I’d like to get it out of there. It’s so cringy.
Some examples:
- circle back
- touch base
- solution (as a verb)
What other terms annoy you on a daily basis?
